That's not a you problem. It's a missing piece problem.
& we're the missing piece.
Before Allegro Strategia, I was working inside someone else's business - doing high-level work, taking strategic responsibility, and being paid a fraction of what that work was worth. Not because I wasn't good enough. Because it was someone else's budget / ceiling.
& I was doing sales calls for that business. I was talking to founders who were ready to invest in coaching - and what became obvious, every single time, was that the coaching wasn't the gap.
They were looking for mindset support, they liked doing personal development, some of them already had gorgeous brands. They'd been on courses and in masterminds, doing the work. But their operations were a shambles. No systems, no processes and no real structure underneath any of it.
& without that foundation, nothing they invested in above it was going to actually create tangible results long term.
That's when it clicked. They didn't just need strategy. They needed someone who could be their right hand - someone they trusted, who'd tell them straight what needed doing, & then do it.
I had a conversation with another business owner around the same time. & something shifted. Why was I doing this for one person, in one business, with one ceiling? I could build my own thing. Work with multiple clients. Have a team. Make a real impact - across lots of businesses, not just one.
So I sold my house. & I went to Italy for a month.
I worked from there. & even while I was working, there was this feeling - this gorgeous sense of freedom that I couldn't shake. Freedom in the everyday. Not freedom from the business, but freedom WITHIN it. The kind of freedom where the work feels good because the life around it feels good too.
That's the feeling I wanted to build for my clients. That's the feeling Allegro Strategia was built on.
The straight-talking approach? That's very Italian too... & very me.
There's a book called Rocket Fuel - and it describes two types of people every growing business needs: the Visionary and the Integrator. The Visionary has the ideas, the energy, the drive. The Integrator makes it all real.
Most founders are brilliant Visionaries & most of them are trying to be the Integrator too.
That's the problem.
We come in as your right hand. We take the ideas from your head, build the plan, coordinate the team, implement the systems, manage the projects, and make sure everything that needs to happen actually happens - without you having to manage us to do it.
This is not where we tick off a list of tasks.
This is a strategic operational partnership.
We're not advisors. We're not coaches. We're not sitting across from you with a framework we've used on our own business and promising you it's going to work exactly the same on yours. Spoiler: that is never true.
We're inside our clients' businesses. Doing the actual work. Implementing the actual strategies.
& that's where it gets interesting.
Every client we work with has come from somewhere different - a different course, a different coach, a different methodology. We've implemented all of it. Across different industries, different business models, different stages of growth.
What that means is we've seen what actually happens when a strategy meets a real business. Not the theory. The reality. The bit that comes after the course ends & you're staring at your laptop wondering how this is supposed to work for YOU.
That's the missing piece most founders never get. We've seen enough to know what works, what doesn't, & what needs adapting before it costs you time finding out the hard way.
We will never just do what you ask because you've asked for it. If something isn't right, we'll tell you - before it costs you more.
We're thinking about it when we're not in it, flagging things before you've noticed them, making decisions we'd be comfortable making for ourselves.
Your business should be bringing you joy, not just feel like another job. We're here to make that possible.
If you're about to make a decision we think is wrong, we'll push back, give you the reason, & let you make the call with the full picture. That's the support you actually need in your business. Not a yes man.
You will never have to chase us, manage us, or wonder what's happening.
I'm Nina Oliver - founder of Allegro Strategia, strategic integrator, and the person you'll be working with most closely.
Behind me is a small, trusted team: Elize, Lauren, Maia, Chloe, and Dom - each of them working across client accounts to make sure the execution matches the strategy.
My baby - & the living proof that everything I said about freedom in the everyday is something I actually mean and live by in my every day.
Having a baby doesn't mean slowing your business down. It means your processes have to be good enough to give you the time back. The systems, the structure, the right people in the right places - that's what makes business manageable around real life, whether you're a mum or not.
Enzo didn't change the business. He made the point better than I ever could.
(He also, completely accidentally, seeded my next one. But that's a story for another day.)
If you need to sign off on every decision, write everything yourself, & be across every detail - our value disappears. The whole point is that you don't have to be in every room. If you can't let go, we can't help.
You've built a business which is HUGELY impressive in itself. But, it doesn't mean there aren't gaps. If you're not open to strategic feedback, or you've already decided you know best before the conversation's started, this isn't the right partnership for you.
There's a whole team behind this, & we're all good at what we do & genuinely lovely people (if we do say so ourselves). If you can't appreciate the work that we do or if you don't speak kindly as a default then this isn't going to work.
We work with founders who are serious about growth. Not "I'd love to scale one day" serious - actually building, actually moving, actually committed to making this as big as it can be. If you're treating this as a side project or you're not really sure how ambitious you want to be yet, come back when you've decided.
